Unfairly changed for none agreement

A very bad experience, i purhased a new subscription which was on special, i ws told that everything is included on my package, to cut the story short to my suprise i was billed installation and telkom debited R3400 instead of R710 i have tried calling them ive been taken from pillar to post even today i haven't received any joy with them ....
