Unfairly blacklisted

Please help! I had contract with Telkom in 2018 .I have tried zillion times to sort out the issues that I was experiencing with them.i did not get help.i tried all that I can to sort out things with them But they failed me.i have put provided proofs of payments to them.nothing was updated.I CAME TO HELLO PETER WITH MY PROBLEM AND I DID NOT GET HELP..now I am blacklisted unfairly.because Telkom was failing to update my payments
