unfairly blacklisted

Telkom is one of the worst mobile service provider.My contract has been suspended for 3 months for NON-payments "ACCORDING TO THEIR RECORDS".I have queried this for over 10 times to no availe.Sent them my bank statement as proof,instead of that they listed me on ITC.???
