Unfairly billed for unusable minutes for ***
I lodged a case to Telkom regarding being allowed to buy voice minutes for number : ***, while this number cannot accept voice minutes. Yet, the amount of minutes has been deducted to my account.
How come you deduct minutes that are not usable to the 067 number, let alone being allowed in the first place.
