Unfairly billed by Telkom Movile

I had a contract with Telkom which it was supposed to end in April last year (24months) I had to leave the country in March, I stopped using their services. But they keept on billing me till August, I then send them a cancelation order via online profile. But they never stopped, till I stopped paying. Now I'm receiving calls from debt collectors threatening me to be black listed.
