UNFAIRLY BILLED
People please don't take up contract phones with Telkom they are a bunch of ******, with their *********** consultants. I took up a contract last month the consultant told me the spending limit is R0.00 few days later I get a notification that I have reached my spending limit of R500.00 THAT I DID'NT ASK FOR, I queried it with the shop they logged a call with their accounts department who just called me and told me there is nothing they can do they can't credit the limit it comes with the contract, if i use it I'm liable (Now it's my fault that Vukani didn't do his job properly, I must pay for his incompetency) I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THE LIMIT IS R0.00 I REGRET TAKING THE CONTRACT WITH TELKOM,

09 Apr 2018, 14:59That's all I get from Telkom a reference number that's all, no phone call, no sms nothing, and R500.00 was still deducted from my account. I am still saying " I NEVER ASKED FOR THE R500.00 limit, AND YES I STILL REGRET TAKING CONTRACT WITH TELKOM YOU ARE BUNCH OF ******.
