Unfair treatment from Telkom

I bought a phone on Sunday only to find out that the phone does not support google-play store and I'm not happy with the functions of the phone. the salesperson did not mention these details to me. he just gave me a lot of documents to signed . I signed what I thought to be a standard contract. I went today to get it returned and take a phone more suiting to my needs I was told I can't return the phone I have to pay for the phone. and I was told I cant cancel the contract and the 7 days cooling period does not exist and basically I cant even open a complain for this.
