Unfair Treatment from Telkom and Sell Direct

I was called by a Sell Directs sales person to inform me that I am due for an upgrade. I specifically told him that I do not want to upgrade because my Samsung Galaxy S6 is still working fine and that I am only looking for a data bundle. He then told me that I can get a huawei ****le or that is what I understood. I then asked about the Huawei ****le and he said it is R159 per month for 1 Gig of data etc etc. So I said okay that is fine I will take it but I only want the ****le and the data on my current number.

I was then delivered a package that had a Huawei P8 phone in it, very confused I phone Sell Direct pack and told then they have delivered the wrong item. They then sent their courier to pick it up. Months later Sell Direct started phoning me to ask where the returned phoned is which I informed them I returned ages ago. The lady Roxanne from Sell direct then informed that they never received the phone and that she wil activate the contract. I specifically showed her the text messages of their courier informing me that they have the parcel and picked it up. Sell direct then claimed that it is not their Courier. This is the part that makes no sense at all, how can a random person phone me telling me they are picking up a parcel for sell direct at my specific address, how would someone who is not their courier know my number and my address and that I have a parcel that needs to be collected for sell direct?? something fishy..

Anyway so Sell direct then activated a contract that I did not authorise for a phone that I don't have and I can't get Telkom to cancel my contract as they first needs the "device" that Sell direct claims they don't have.

I have now refused to pay this contract and keep reversing my debit order as I feel that I am not being treated fairly and that Telkom and Sell direct needs to resolve this issue as soon as possible
