Unfair treatment

I would like to report that in November 2023 i bought a contract iPhone at telkom in gateway mall durban took it home only to find that it is not working sent it back the following day, now my number is blocked i keep on receiving statements of accounts i don't have please help in this regard. the cellphone i was intending to buy was a iPhone 15pro
