Unfair treatment by Telkom

Good day

I would like to pass my distaste in which Telkom has been treating me since the year 2022.

I have a contract with Telkom for 2years and on the contract we agreed that I would pay R180. 00 per month... But ever since last year they started deducting amounts ranging from R300 to R1600 and when I speak to their consultants they advise me to go to the bank and cancel the debit order of which I did but last month they still deducted a large amount and are now calling me to say I am behind with my payment and this is now comming from a debt collector under the guidance of Telkom so at the end I end up paying R200 per month with that debt counselor as agreed and on the other end Telkom deducts their own amount which we never agreed on. Please may you help by getting Telkom to email me on this email ***
