Unfair Treatment at the Hands of Telkom

On 15 October, Telkom approved my application for installation of a Dsl service - Order number ***A. They also SMSed me all my login details. To date, the service has not been installed and I have made several attempts to follow up, in vain. Here are some of the References that were given : *** and ***9 - each time their parting message says, "this task was allocated to a technician", which is meaningless to me. Can knowledgable people please intervene and assist me to surpass this problem, please. At this time of democracy and transparency, I find this most disappointing.
