Unfair treatment and Transparency

They are so difficult to deal with as when they made mistakes they put the blame on me they did not deduct and they informed later they now increasing the balance which they had technical glitches and failure to inform me and Telkom mobile you can't get no one to talk to which is unfair to us as clients i want these to be addressed withi immediate effect
