Unfair treatment and bad contracts from Telkom

I had a data contract with telkom for 2 years and after 2 years I've asked to telkom to stop the services. Telkom continued to bill me and never stopped up untill they flagged my account as in arrears although in the duration of 2 years I paid them in full.
