*** UNFAIR TREATMENT

Always receive invoices of what billing will be. Due to last months debit order not going through( which was paid manually afterwards) they added R202 to my bill for administration fees I never received my bill for this month's debit order and they have instead of taking R579 have tried to take R781 which has now rejected again. If I had known about the amount I would have made sure R781 was available. Now I have to pay again for thos fees and my bank charges. Unacceptable.
