UNFAIR TREATMENT

Our telephone ********** 017 has been suspended and we do not know why. We have an account due on 6th April 2018 for 503.96 and have paid up to date A/C Number ********** 21327 . I have written several times about reconnecting our phone but just get agnored. Why are you charging us if we cannot use the phone? I do not understand how you people operate
