Unfair suspension of service

Telkom suspended my account due to fund not reflecting on their side, yet on my side all debit orders went through successfully and the new invoice for the following month states they did receive payment. I've calling telkom and emailing proof of payment still no joy since the 4th till now. I've paid for a service yet I have not received it.
