Unfair Service

So on Friday I went to Telkom The glen mall to get myself a contract phone. The lady assisted me Nicely and handed me over to her colleague I think she wanted to go on lunch or something. We agreed on the R350 that's the only amount I can afford. So the guy said I must pay for R99 for her commission as if it's compulsory. I want to know and understand why should customers be forced to pay your employees, under your payroll commission. I don't understand.i would like not to give the R99 commission its going to add on my petrol or electricity. I received a statement for R448 and I according to me my phone is R349 pm. These lousy ****s are starting to annoy me honestly
