Unfair service

I recently app**** for a Telkom contract at the Bluff branch and supp**** all documents necessary, was told that I did not sufficient credit history on credit bureau and that there was a dispute logged, I explained to the assistant that I had cleared all my accounts and only had one active retail account and a cell phone contract with another network that was over a year old and that the dispute had been resolved within a month, I then was asked for a letter from the Credit bureau stating the above, I supp**** updated credit reports provided by the Credit Bureaus who where also confused as to why I'm being declined, the report showed that there was nil disputes or any other issues, I have a credit score of 782 and I'm still been given that run around for a contract.
