Unfair returned debit charge.Pathetic and cruel than ever. I hate them.

<p>At first I thought telkom was the best data service and I owned their contract for 17 full months now and only because my employer didn't pay me on time and their debit order of R229 was returned unpaid I have now to pay R468. Yes that's including R200+ unpaid debit charge. Cell c only charges R70 reconnection fee and this telkom which is obviously a cell c competitor is charging triple the fee? I am not going to pay that amount. I don't have it and this was not discussed with me. I skipped debit before and this never happened to me. I feel like terminating their data contract right now but I can't afford penalty fee. It is clear that telkom is for rich people not me. I mean after referring so many people this is my payment. Thought this was my live data network and I was wrong. Never going to renew it. I'll go to Afrihost or Vox nxa.</p>
