Unfair rejection Fees

Why does Telkom charge me a rejection amount of R202. It's a lockdown. I am relying on income from uif relief funds. It's doesn't cover all my expenses and sometimes it doesn't come on time. This rejection fee is so unfair. Other service providers are negotiating with thier customers and offering payment breaks and discounts.
