Unfair racial treatment using our credit to reject us

I app**** for a telkom R700 contract double deal phone Huawei to be precise they checked my credit score and did all their fica back up checks they said it was approved then they asked me to send my papers and advised of the dates of delivery. Then in that process before sending the documents I decide to change the phones to Samsung phone double deal which was R560, they advised me that they will have to first cancel then I will apply for the Samsung phones. But when they canceled and I re app**** they checked and said that I do not qualify for the phones and now I only qualify for the sim card. They did not have an answer to why I am now not qualifying. So the agent said because you canceled the phones they will reject you your phones. And she said it's strange because the white lady who app**** and canceled she still got approved for the phone she wanted.

So now I am questioning to whether the systems works for white people better than it works for black people I am so highly disappointed with Telkom cell phone contract in how they deal with cases more especially considering African costumers they choose what works best for them even when those very black people also bring money to them. I have a good credit score I chose Telkom because I already use their simcard products. They had 6 agents calling me when they saw that I qualify but after wanting to swap the phones now they wanna ruin my credit by declining me phones.

Telkom treat their customers unfair and use race to see if you fit their criteria. I am so much in disbelief and disappointed to such behavior in this day an age. I am actually hurt to see that my skin color will always affect my life
