Unfair process

I pay my contract using eft. I had paid their monthly fee, however when they tried to debt they could not debt. They charged me an extra without me knowing. So they closed my phone. I have paid, the money reflected on their account on the 31st of May 2024 and they have not reconnected my lines. I called them three times today 03 June 2024 promising me it will be reconnected.
