Unfair penalties

I wouldn't advise anyone to take contract with telkom, telkom is one of those companies that make money by robbing customers with too much penalties, in my case I'll blame telkom becouse you can't choose the debit date that is suitable for you to be debited, they give the dates to choose from and with no grace & their call center consultants can be rud, if you know what right for you don't choose telkom.
