unfair payments

I am very disgusted in Telkom's service delivery! They deducted full payments for internet I have not benefit from, they do not assist effectively, empty promises/ false hope they give you . I am very dissapointed that I had to pay for internet after 3 months of complaints was layed and after 3 months just rejected the reverse. They do not make contact with clients as promise or should, their service is bad!
