Unfair payment rejection fee of R202.70

Telkom is not open and honest with their service fees. I had an unpaid debit order on my account and Telkom debited my account with R202.70 for a payment rejection fee. This fee is extremely high and I was never informed about this fee when I opened my account. Debit orders is suppose to make account payments easier and not a reason to charge unfair fees on your account.
