Unfair labour practice

Hi I hereby would like to know if you an assist me with my case. I've been retrench due to ill health 30th June 2019. I've been diagnosed with eplitic as from 30th July 2015. I was treated by my neurologist. In 2016. I lost my mum August 2016. On 12th June 2017, I was hospitalized for a month and since that I'm in and out of hospitaI. was off sick for 18 months (6 months full paid and 12 month without any salary, benefits, etc. I'm suffering now with depression, anxious and eplitic. My neurologist, phycitrist, psychologist and orthopedic for my right hand, all report all stated clearly that I'm unfit to work

On the 10th September 2018 I had a formal meeting to inform me to return back on 11th September 2018 or I will be taken for in subordination. As I walk out by the door, I fell so hard and hurt my left side. I inform my superior straight away. I was told by our health and safety, that I cannot claim IOD (injury on duty) because I was not on duty, although they called me for a meeting.

Upon my returned 11th September, I haven't settle in and had my incapacity on 16th September 2018. In 2018 we get our yearly increase. June 2019, the company rich their target. My manager decided that I don't qualify for bonus or my motivation on medical boarding will be on hold which he done. I still haven't received my bonus and I'm medical boarded on early retirement. As from 1st July 2019. I don't get any benefits. I have to make used of my early retirement plans. Everything is so unfair..

There is so much more to say.

Kind regards Mrs van Schalkwy Email : *** ***
