unfair ***********

Telkom I would like to know what really happening with my phone that I lost cause Finrite is not processing my claim its been a month now since I lost my phone but I still getting no feedback. I even reach out on Twitter and I phoned and emailed in four email address that I was give but still nothing from both companies. I would like to know what really happening with my claim . this is not fair It's been a month now without the phone
