Unfair data usage

I have noticed for the last few months that my data is depleted even though i am connected to the wifi,

I work from home and there is no need for me to use my data but every couple of days i get a message saying data depleted even though im using Wifi?

Makes NO sense

Getting hold of the correct department is a nightmare
