Unfair customer treatment

Bought LTE special offer from their telesales dept. Long story short...only 50 of the 100gb data was released... I did not know that, so out of bundle charges were made once 50gb was used. Correct data is now released but accounts refuse to waive the R1500 over charge. I want to cancel this contract!
