Unfair customer service and being told told that Telkom has been doing doing a fevour for me.

I have a contract with Telkom and have been good paying client ever since I got contracts with them. For the past 14 months or so Telkom has been given me the data which I got when getting the contract only this month they tell me that they have been doing me a favour to get data from them. This is pathetic and I want to cancel this contract.
