Unfair contracts benefit removal without consent

I am extremely annoyed at the service I've been receiving. I have two Telkom Mobile contracts and my problem started when they canceled the free wifi option. Which was part of both my contracts and the main reason I chose Telkom as my network service provider. What made this change okay is that they sent me a sms stating that I will receive 50gb for the remainder of my contract. I have two contracts and only received this on the one contract, while the wifi was part of both contracts. I spoke to one of the agents who gold me the data I have received is complimentary, so I basically shouldn't expect it. Well my wifi wasnt complimentary, it was part of my contract package which means I paid for it. As a HR Official I am well aware that a contract is binding and the sms from telkom is binding too. I have to contact Telkom each month for the data, which shouldn't be the case. Do not make promises you wont keep. It's either you give us the promised data or reduce my contracts monthly fees/amount.
