Unfair charges

Telkom, please explain to me why I am being charged for some "Mo'Nice" service on my account this month? I do not know ANYTHING about "Mo'Nice" and I did not activate said service on any of my numbers however I still have to for pay it because it reflects on my bill for March 2020.
