Unfair charge for debit order bouncing

My debit order bounced at the end of November but I then made payment the same day via internet banking link on the Telkom website. Telkom has now charged me R202 for the debit order bouncing but I paid them and didn't miss any payments. This was never communicated when I signed up with them and It's a bit unfair because they did receive payment for they account
