Unfair Business Practice

The service and assistance regarding my family’s account and negatively affecting their credit history is atrocious. They have responded to your allocated legal counsel and provided all necessary information confirming that they had requested to cancel their account yet the slow response and assistance from Telkom has now left us in a negative position. We need this rectified ASAP as the the business is not following fair protocol in resolving our grievances.
