Unfair blacklist

Very disappointed with their lack of knowledge in dealing with disputes. I canceled all my contracts them instead of upgrading they took their last monies R715.00 on the 26th of March rhen layer send me threatening texts that I still owe them the very amount that they debited. I engaged them then they reduced the money to R200 but for what they can't say and still manage to list me for something i really domt know. Telkom is just one hell of a ****.
