Unfair billling

Worst service received from Telkom ...spoke to another consultant today to try again to close/cancel a contract I have been struggling to close for the past 4/5 years....I have visited their stores, called, emailed the cancellation form, cancelled online with no luck...the call was almost an hour and he still could not close it nor his Manager... the system does not allow them to close it...previously not even to upgrade...I was also told it's an old contract.... Smart Contract 1 Deal...I'm not sure what was done today will actually work.....however I do feel I need to be reimbursed for all these years....
