Unfair Billing
Unfair billing from Telkom ..I’ve since contacted your call centre regarding the bill that you have charged me ,I like to dispute the amount that you have billed me just for text messages in one day for amount of R 31 162.26 .and since login the complain no one from Telkom have contacted me regarding my complain and as how far is the investigation… not a chance that one can spent that much for text messages or calls in one day .
