Unfair billing
Since this year Telkom have been billing me unnecessary amounts which i didn't agree to, my contract initially states that i have to pay R399 but from January Telkom has been billing me R599 without my concern . I'm very disappointed by Telkom and its service because even thou you complain they don't do anything about it.
