unfair and unexplained ussage of data

<p>i got a 5 gig mobile data package with telkom mobile normally my data use to last the entire month in the month of april my data got depleted by the 17 of the month due to backing up my watsaap data n reloading phones on the 5th of may the data got depleted n i never even used any data for that month i contacted telkom mobile spoke to a guy by the name of berry after manny called n lot searching he said they couldnt find the problem theyll have to investigate and call me back the entire month went the never called in june on the 1st i got reloaded with another 5 gigs of data i again hardly used the data and on the morning of the 3rd it says that the data is depleted i again contacted telkom n spoke to 3 consultants who told me that they can see that the data was loaded and it got depeleted on the 2nd of the month but ive only been usint the data for whats app wen i buy 1 gig from my cell phone service provider it lasts up to a month depending on usassage here telkom 5 gigs lasts 1 day n theres no explanation as to what port was the data used by </p>
