Unfair and poor customer service

I’m so angry and disappointed in Telkom their service is so poor and unfair to customers.. They charged me over R200 in return debit order whiles they were debiting on a wrong date. On top of that they cannot resolve any queries through their call centre. I ended up paying over R600 for a R139 contract. It’s just wrong.
