unfair and not helpful at all

<p>Hi we ordered a business adsl line and I was told the line would be installed on the 15th of August 2016 then on Friday I find out that that this will not be done on the 15th bt on the 22 and that is unfair because I was told the 15th my order number is ********** 57A and there was a escalation done with ref 883608 I need this line to be put in ASAP plz help me plz get back to me asap</p>
