Unfair and ********** transaction on innocent customers we use money not stones to purchase airtime and data bundles

I use prepaid airtime and data bundles, when I buy data bundles a message popup to say my balance below R5. 00 while I did not use the airtime after purchase. Also samething with airtime please assist to catch the ********** activities on the customers
