UNFAIR AND DISRIMANATORY SERVICE

Telkom is offering products that they cant provide. You order the product and wait more than a month for them to come and install the product and then you are told, no we are not going to install it because we are not going to replace the cables. This is false advertising and ************** against a whole suburb as they do not want to provide the requested service and just want you to take more expensive products which offer you less. The technitions is so unprofessional and disrespectfull its not even funny. Dont even call you sir or mam, just on your surname. And when you request them to provide you with the relevant proof they blatantly refuse. Even worst is they drop the phone in your ear when you are trying to resolve the matter. This is **** service from TELKOM and I have all the call recordings as proof!!!! USELESS **** TELKOM
