Unfair amount

I went to telkom branch in kollonade to migrate my subscription the consultant that assisted me made a mistake and made the migration fee a once off payment instead of installments, now telkom has cut off my line and making me liable to pay R2320 including penalty fees. I went to the branch to get this fixed but still nothing is happening
