Unexplained Data charges

I made a enquiry in March due to data that I was charged for that I never bought or used which was for the amount of R1000, I was assured this would be resolved. I am now disconnected due to this amount being unresolved. I am beyond upset with the bad service I am receiving from telkom I will not recommend anyone to use them, they are unprofessional and unhelpful
