Unexplained charges

I have an unexplained charge in my October statement of R200.94, for 'account subscriptions & once-off charges. I have a 24-month wifi contract which is fixed at R699 per month. I did not request any service/subscription for anything from Telkom, and have no idea what these charges relate to. I can't get hold of anyone at Telkom to explain this charge. My account number is ********** 65. Sort it out.

I have not received anything further from Telkom since the acknowledgement of my complaint, 15 days ago. The bad service continues.
