Unexplained billing dat

I have called Telkom and ended up talking to 5 different people that include the Sales Manager (Marian Amord) still with no response and no help . When i call billing they say sales and sales said its billing . They cant go on like this as they are busy in back to back meetings can someone assist me with the recording where i agreed that i can be debitted on the 25th whereas i get paid on the 26th . I need help urgently as i cant be calling all the time with no luck and they keep on explaining my account . Someone from Sales or wherever please help me before i loose my mind
