Unexpected Service

I just wanted to say that I was extremely impressed by the service I received from Telkom since the 31st of March. At first I just wanted a landline installed so that I could get an uncapped ADSL package from another ISP, and after the line was installed I decided to stick with Telkom and ordered the Simple Uncapped Plus service - I was expecting to wait up to 6 weeks (based on previous experience with other providers) but was sorted from start to finish in less than 2. I unfortunately did not get the names of the 2 separate tech's that came out, but hopefully your systems can see this as I'd like to commend them as well as yourselves on providing me with an A++ service from the start!<br> <br> Thanks a mil
