Thank you., thank you., thank you Telkom call center staff! Called 10210 was trf to ERROLYNN, who was patient even though she couldn't hear me. I eventually got through & she tried to trf me. Called again as my no. Was diverting from techical. Spoke to SIPHOKAZI who gave me good advice. Called 10217 spoke to VUSUMUZI also great advise! Called 081180 spoke to Xolani who gave me codes to cxd unauthorised diverts in my line. Now I'm getting through bo NPA, Courts etc.! I am super impressed with all 4 of you! 10 on all your QA's
