unexpected additional support

Telkom called my and ask if my Router was receiving good signal. I said it was not to bad. The lady said would I be interested in an antenna. "Is it free" I asked. "Yes " she said and I obviously was happy to accept. The unit was fitted in less then three days. my signal is better then before and I am Happy. Thank you Telkom
